After 3 hours of extensive search, I found the solution for this prob. I have found the solution no where in web except at Redchaos. I am very happy for that. Still, one hesitation is there in the solution which i want incorporate to make it complete solution.
Verifying Your Wordpress Blog:
Take the following steps:
1. Open google webmaster tools. and specify your web adress.
2.Click on verify. Google will give you 2 options. First one is "Add HTML code". Here, one html code will be given to you. It looks like: " google7u445y3dfghat56e1075p.html" . Copy this code.
3. Now open your wordpress blog.
4. Create new page (not post).
5.Directly paste the html code, that was given to you, in title field of page
(Here wordpress will not take .html extension. Still, paste it.)
6.Now publish the page. (Content of the page doesn't matter)
By this point, ur problem is solved. But should we keep this page on blog even it doesn't consist of any info.I donno exactly what to do for this. But i can give you tip to keep that page as private.
Submitting site maps:
1. Go to google webmaster tool site.
2. Login and then Go to dashboard. You must be done with 'verify site' by now. Otherwise, u can't proceed.
3.U many have many accounts, opposite to ur desired web address/account press "Add" button under "sitemap".
4. Give this input there in the field http://yourname.wordpress.com/sitemap.xml DONE!!!
Google will take few hours to process the request.

Cheerful Achievement - Miserable Failure - Failed State
Before knowing about Google Bombs, have to have an idea how Google gives page ranks for its search results. Page rank of a site will be given by examining the number and popularity of sites that are linking to it. This was the way algorithms were written. For suppose, every website/blog has the word "Failed State" that is connected to Pakistan official government website then the search field "Failed State" in search engines will give 1st page rank to www.pakistan.gov.pk
Here, "Failed State" becomes a Google bomb. There are several of its type. One most popular among them is : "Miserable Failure" first created by George Johnston .After the 9/11 attacks on WTC towers, he has created it against George W.Bush.
Google bombs are created either to fame or defame a particular person/ nation. GBs "Miserable Failure" and "Failure" are started redirecting to Barack Obama as he is present pres of US. So, Google has manipulated its algorithm to avoid this. In fact, a google bomb "Cheerful Achievement" was created in favour of Obama.
If u r real Indian, if you truly want to condemn 26/11 attack on Mumbai, create a link to www.pakistan.gov.pk using Google bomb: "Failed State"
Non-Indians can do the same as it is true. Its not to condemn pakistan but pak's terrorist infrastructure. For the world's goodness, terror infra in pak has to be destroyed. Unless the whole world helps for that, it cann't be destroyed by pak alone as situation is out of pak civilian govt's control.

Terrorism in Srinlaka: How good is not supporting Srilanka?
There is no big difference between the way the India looks at Pakistan and the way the Srilanka looks at India(especially TamilNadu state). If we don't cooperate with srilanka in terminating LTTE, how can we urge pakistan to eradicate pak based terrorism. I see these two things same, so should be the solution. India must cooperate with srilanka in eradicating LTTE.
It has been said by Jailalitha that LTTE is putting tamils as a sheild in protecting themselves. India considered LTTE as a terrorist organisation and banned it. LTTE and ULFA in bangladesh and LeT in pak have their underworld cooperation in supporting each other. The question is : " Aren't these facts enough for India to support srilanka govt in terminating LTTE? "
Whom does with, we have proper relations among our neighbouring countries. Are we diplomatic with pakistan or with china or with Bangladesh. The answer is NO. Now with srinlanka, we aren't supporing it, atleast we shouldn't pressurize them to ceasefire.
I donno, what strategy are we following in dealing terrorism in pak based militancy. I am sure 26/11 issue will be faded from newspapers/TV channels after few days. by that time, we will do nothing to Pakistan. this is the way the things work in India. At least, we should learn how Mahinda Rajkapsa (Srinlanka president) has dared to act against terrorism. He deserves a lot of appreciation. Because, neither US nor UK nor India could capture the terrorists who attacked their homelands. They failed. Whereas, Srinlanka is securing its homeland from LTTE.
One thing India should mind is that terrorism shouldn't be coupled either with language (Tamil as in case of Tamil Nadu) or with relegion (Muslim). War against terror is not an ethnic war or crucades. In this world, now, there are two religions: one is Terrorism, another one is Counter-terrorism. Only one religion should exist. Governaments should act to counteract the terrorism keeping all other issues like language, polotics aside.

Few things to look @ Camera before it looks @ you:
"When u r purchasing an item having cost of 15K, at least one needs to do an inquiry of one week and in dozen shops"
Recently, i did shopping with some of my frens to purchase digital camera for one fren of mine. I went as i knew dat sometime i have to buy one cam for myself. I came to know many features of a cam. The first thing i came to know abt was : "When u r purchasing an item having cost of 15K, at least one needs to do an inquiry of one week and in dozen shops". If you don't do that, u r gonna lose some benifits of other existing cams. All that you can do is to compromise with the existing one.
The following are the basic features to look at for better looks to be produced from cam:
[caption id="attachment_185" align="alignright" width="221" caption="More u enquiry, better is the camera u will get."]
[/caption]
Need:
-Know what for u r using cam. for business(Professional), Photography as hobby, Normal purpose.
Resolution:
-Expressed in Megapixel
-If you r proffessional go for higher resolution. If its for normal usage, 7 megapixel cam is better. Even 5 megapixel is sufficient.
-Disadvantage in taking higher megapixel cams is that every snap takes more memory thus causing less no of pics will fit in a given memory card.
- If you are normal cam user, my strong suggestion is don't go for higher resolution. 7 or 5 megapixel cam is enough.
Optical Zoom:
what i observed was optical zoom increases proportionally with the cost. Unless u r proffessional, its worth having just 4x optical zoom.No need to go beyond that.
- Dont confuse with digital zoom. It works just on inbuilt software.
HD (High definition):
High definition is a standard for resolutions of cameras. If you are snapping pics with HD cam, u can see those HD effects in comps/TVs provided those tvs/comps are having HD feature. If not, u no need to go for HD cams. But ingeneral, all cams available in market are of HD.
Screen size:
The bigger is the size of the screen, the better look it will get. Having screen with size of 3" is enough for normal user.
Memory stick:
In gernral, with the given batteries, u can take 200-250 phots at time. So, ur memory card size should be a product of resolution(megapixels) of cam and number of photos that can be snapped at a time with the given battery. Having a memory of morethan that is unnecessary.
Battery nature:
Always prefer Lithium based batteries than normal alkaline batteries. Lithium based battaries will add nice appearance than alkaline batteries.
Company & Brand:
This is completely subjective. One needs to do some inquiry about this. Either from frens or from sites like "amazon.com". You can find some personel openions of each and every product.
-Try to see the comparitive costs in nets before u come to conclusion about the costs and company.
Some other features: (make sure the following are there in ur cam)
- Red eye removal
-Carlziess lens
-Anti-blur solutions
-Image stabilisation
-Face detection
-Wide angle
As of now, for normal usage, if i have to buy, i would buy a cam of following configuration: 7Megapixel, 5x zoom,10x digital zoom, Li ion batteries, 3" inch screen size, 2 GB memory stick, red eye removal, image stabilisation, face detection, wide angle with anti blur solution. Brand is subjective to ones decision.
